- Complete the online registration form in full.
- Please add both parents (if applicable) as contacts. To add a second parent / guardian, click on ‘Add Another Contact’.
- If you are a past parent, you will be prompted for a username/password when you enter your email address – click on Forgot Password and these will be emailed to you so that you can log in and continue.
- Please use a laptop/ desktop computer to complete the form, and preferably the Chrome browser.
